Screen capture isn't working
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, turn on MarkShot, then try the capture again following the in-app permission guide. You may need to quit and reopen MarkShot after changing the permission.
Can I edit a saved result again?
Save in the editor writes a PNG image and a UTF-8 TXT file with the same name. These are finished outputs, not a project format that keeps editable layers.
Does MarkShot send anything to AI apps automatically?
No. You copy the image and prompt and paste them into the app of your choice. MarkShot never calls an AI model or sends your results on its own.
What do I need to run it?
MarkShot runs on macOS 14 or later. The interface is in English, and notes accept any Unicode text, including Korean.
